CeaiCraft is the trading name of CeaiCraft Atelier S.R.L., Str. Plevnei nr. 42, 400394 Cluj-Napoca, România. Full seller details, contact information, and registration numbers are provided on the Legal Notice page and in your order confirmation email. We only accept returned parcels at the address we provide following your request; please never send your package to any other destination.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Our teas and website are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order if the details cannot be verified, if the botanical batch is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud, in which case we will refund any paid amounts.

Prices are displayed in RON. Shipping costs are clearly listed at checkout before you place your order. If we spot an obvious pricing error before shipping the parcel, we will offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

For shipments to Romania, prices include VAT where required by law. For shipments outside Romania, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. A parcel refused at customs is treated as a return, and the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We accept payments via Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We do not collect or store payment card or online banking details on this website.

Your order is placed once you complete the checkout process. We will send you an email confirmation with your reference number, and the agreement becomes final once we package the leaves and notify you of dispatch. Until the parcel leaves our workshop, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

An order with an uncompleted payment will not leave our workshop. For cash on delivery orders, uncollected or refused packages are returned to us and the order is cancelled.

We use your data solely to prepare and deliver your parcel, respond to your inquiries, and maintain the security of our website, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Cookie technologies are detailed in our Cookie Policy. Both policies are part of this agreement.

Brew the infusion according to the guidance on the product page, label, and accompanying insert. Keep the pouches out of reach of young children if the blend is not formulated for them. Product images faithfully represent the botanicals we harvest and package; screen shades may vary slightly depending on your display, and this minor color difference is not a defect.

Store the botanical pouches in a sheltered place under the conditions printed on the packaging. If a best-before or expiration date is marked, do not consume the herbs after that date. Dispose of the packaging and remnants according to local recycling guidelines.

The information in this shop does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Descriptions clearly state which botanicals are contained in the pouch and how to prepare them, without promising support or specific health outcomes. Consult a physician before consumption if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition that may be affected by herbs.

A discount displayed on the website is valid only for orders placed while it is visible and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotional codes must be entered at checkout prior to payment and cannot be applied retroactively. Complimentary samples or promotional gifts must be returned in the parcel if you decide to return your order.

Shipping methods, delivery times, and rates are set out on the Delivery page. Transit times are estimates calculated in business days from handover to the courier and do not represent a guaranteed delivery date. An order containing multiple pouches of tea may arrive in separate parcels.

We remain responsible for the herbal blends in the package until the courier hands them to you or your designated recipient at the destination; from that point, responsibility for their condition transfers to you. Any visible damage from transit must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours, along with photographs. Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting: for any parcel returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the refund will exclude incurred shipping costs.

You may return any product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the terms on our Returns and Refunds page. Please request a return authorization first and send the botanicals solely to the address we provide. The refund covers the purchase price of the product; the initial delivery fee is refunded only if the return results from our error or a defective batch. Your statutory right of withdrawal under your local laws remains unaffected.

The botanicals must match the shop description and be free from defects upon receipt. The food products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Romanian national legislation (GEO 140/2021) and the manufacturer's quality standards, with the shelf life and batch number clearly printed on the packaging. Complaints regarding any organoleptic non-conformities must be submitted before the expiration date marked on the bag. Any tea or accessory that exhibits defects within the statutory warranty period in your country will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on our assessment upon receipt. Normal wear, improper storage, and damage occurring after delivery are not covered.

You may not use the store to place fraudulent orders, disrupt the normal operation of our systems, harvest data on other shoppers, or submit offensive, false, or unlawful material. We reserve the right to suspend access for anyone who violates these standards.

The text, botanical imagery, artwork, logos, and code on these pages are the property of CeaiCraft Atelier S.R.L. or its licensors. You may browse and print pages for personal use; any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

Our pages may contain links to websites that we do not manage. We cannot accept responsibility for their content, their policies, or their availability. A link does not constitute an endorsement on our part.

The feedback displayed is collected from people who have bought and tasted our teas; these reflect personal experiences and do not guarantee the same taste or experience for everyone. By sending us a review, a photo, or a few thoughts, you allow us to display them in our store free of charge, using only your first name. We remove any review upon request and do not publish illegal content or anything that discloses private details of others.

The shop is provided as is. We strive to keep all information accurate and honest, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of minor technical errors. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

The total liability of CeaiCraft Atelier S.R.L. toward the buyer for any direct damage resulting from the use of the website or the fulfillment of orders is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the respective order or to the fixed amount of 100 RON, whichever is lower. We bear full liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and in any other circumstance where the law prohibits limitation of liability. In all other cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of such a contract.

You agree to indemnify us against losses if third parties bring claims against us due to your breach of these terms or materials you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

The terms and conditions are governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with Romanian legislation and European Union regulations applicable to electronic commerce. If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, you may bring it before the competent court at the seller's registered office; individual consumers retain the right to apply to the courts in their country of residence. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which cannot be waived by agreement, remain in effect.

Confirmations, shipping updates, invoices, and notices regarding these terms are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct and check your spam folder occasionally; a message sent to that inbox is deemed received.

We may assign our rights and obligations under this agreement to an entity that takes over the workshop, provided that your rights are not diminished. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

The fact that we do not strictly enforce a provision here at any given time does not mean we waive it in the future.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining rules remain in effect, and the invalid clause is replaced by the statutory provision that most closely reflects its original purpose.

We may suspend the account or refuse future orders of any customer who violates these rules. Parcels that have already left the workshop are not affected.

These terms, together with related documents and your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between us for the purchase made. If versions exist in multiple languages, the language version of the website where you placed your order takes precedence.
