Payment confirmation: You can pay the courier upon receipt or by transferring to our bank account. We will send you the order number by email right away.

Dispatch
Hand packaging: Teas ordered by the cutoff time ship the same day, protected in secure parcels and handed to the courier with a tracking code.

Brewing your infusion: Follow the instructions on the bag. If you wish to return the unopened package, you have 14 days in accordance with the terms on our dedicated page.

what the blends are made of
Each pack contains only leaves, flowers, and fruits dried at low temperatures. We do not use synthetic granules, sprayed liquid flavorings, or added sugar. The ingredients are harvested clean and manually sifted to remove dust.
how to store tea at home
Keep the blend in its original kraft pouch, tightly closed with the integrated zipper, away from direct sunlight and heat. A cool kitchen cabinet is ideal for keeping the volatile oils intact. Do not leave the package open near strong spices.
