You can return any product purchased from CeaiCraft within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. On this page, we explain the return conditions, required steps, respective costs, and refund timelines.
14-day refund guarantee
The return window is 14 days starting from the day your package is delivered. This applies if the herbs arrive damaged, are defective, do not match your order, or you simply change your mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or defective product: replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges; please attach photos to your request.
- Incorrect item sent: we will send the correct blend and collect the incorrect package at our expense.
- If you change your mind: the tea package must be unopened, in its original intact packaging, with all seals and labels intact; return shipping is covered by you, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Unsealed pouches cannot be restocked for food hygiene reasons and are non-returnable, unless the batch itself has a defect.
How to return a product to us
- Within 14 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] or call +40 569 222 168, providing your order number, reason for return, and clear images if the packaging arrived damaged.
- We will respond within one business day with our return address and a package reference number.
- Place the item in its original box, include a note with your return authorization number inside, and seal the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided and email us the tracking code. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
Refunds and processing time
We inspect the herbs and seals within 3 business days of arrival and confirm your refund by email. Funds are returned via the original payment method: for cash on delivery orders, we issue a bank transfer to your designated account, and for bank transfers, we return the payment to the original account. Your bank typically processes the funds within 1-5 business days.
Exchanges and cancellations
To choose a different herbal blend, complete the return steps and place a new order; we will refund the returned product as soon as it reaches us. An order can be canceled at no cost before handoff to the courier by emailing [email protected] with your order number.
